PRE-NUPTIAL & COHABITATION AGREEMENT FEES

These types of agreements involve people who want to build a life together, and are (in theory) usually dealt with amicably. Consequently, costs should be kept reasonable and proportionate. Nevertheless, it can still depend on how involved the other party’s solicitors are, how much disclosure is needed, and how lengthy negotiations are.
