COLLABORATIVE WORK FEES
The level of fees likely to be incurred when finalizing a matter by way of the collaborative process will depend upon the issues being negotiated within that process and the speed at which either party wishes that process to progress.

With the collaborative process, it may be agreed to involve third-party experts such as Family Consultants or Independent Financial Advisors. The costs of those experts will be agreed with you in advance and are usually shared between the parties.
