INJUNCTION PROCEEDINGS FEES
If you are the Applicant or Defendant the costs will depend very much upon the nature, length and complexity of the proceedings. As a general guide we would indicate as follows:

The above assumes that the proceedings relate to one substantive non-molestation and/or occupation order and if there are at the same time Children Act issues then please refer to the estimate for that aspect which is in addition to the fee estimate here which relates to the Family Law Act application only.
There can be further disbursements such as a process server to personally deliver documentation.
