As the whole world and us here in the UK are taking action to get this pandemic under control and halt the Covid19 from spreading, flights have been cancelled and as a result holiday packages have been impossible to complete. Companies who hold events with a large number of people such as weddings, birthdays, conferences and other important group events have had to be cancelled as a direct result of the pandemic and the guidelines published by the Government to stop such events from taking place.

Companies have to take urgent action to protect and save lives. This means, for many that their contracts have been frustrated by an unforeseen and extraordinary event. For those individuals that have made payment in part or in full for these events, are now left out of pocket. Everyone in this position, wish nothing more but a full refund of the funds they have paid under the contract which has now been frustrated.
