Clare Pilsworth

Clare is a highly experienced family lawyer, covering all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial issues, children and cohabitation cases.

She is a member of Resolution (formerly the SFLA) and subscribes to its Code of Practice which promotes a constructive and conciliatory approach towards relationship breakdown. www.resolution.org.uk

Clare is a Member of the Law Society Family Law Panel, an accredited panel of family law specialists.

Clare trained as a collaborative lawyer in 2005 which encourages resolute of matrimonial issues outside of the Court process.  She is a member of The Hertfordshire Collaborative Law Group www.hertsfamily.co.uk and North London collaborative Law Group.

Her recent work includes:

• Ancillary relief claims involving division of family and business assets, ranging from high net worth clients, through to pensions being the main asset of the marriage
• Pre-nuptial agreements
• Children Act cases involving special Guardianship Orders, and application for permission to remove a child from the jurisdiction
• Cohabitation cases involving special application for contributions to the family home
