Alan Carter
Alan is Head of Litigation at Curwens. As a top European Insurance Litigator with almost thirty years experience in the insurance market, he has achieved an enviable reputation within the UK and European Insurance sector. Alan deals with claims for major personal injury cases – including fatal accidents and catastrophic injury – coverage and transactional issues and he and his team act for some of Europe’s major insurers. He is a member of ERA (the Academy of European Law) and is regularly invited to give lectures to European Insurers on the workings of the English legal system. In his spare time, Alan is Chair of Governors at a local school and his other interests include the performing arts.
