Meet the Conveyancing Team

Ian Anderson is Head of Curwens Residential Property Team with over 30 years experience in his specialist field. He is Chairman of the Hertfordshire Law Society Property Committee, a past President of the Hertfordshire Law Society, a member of the Old Millhillians Rugby Club, a Trustee of the Finchley Charities, an Elder at Trinity Church North Finchley and a Director of the URC Thames North Trust.

He is a devoted family man and his interests include singing in the Finchley Chamber Choir.

Daniel joined Curwens in September 2011 but has worked in residential conveyancing since 2003. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2008, Daniel has acted on behalf of a variety of people, including first-time buyers, property investors and developers. Daniel is not only experienced in buying and selling property, but can also assist with a variety of work including transfers of equity and lease-extensions.

Ruby joined our residential conveyancing team in January 2012.


Bradley joined the Curwens Property Team in 2010 and acts for a number of entrepreneurial investors in the UK, who are active in the residential property market, as well as first-time purchasers, experienced sellers and buyers and long-term clients of the firm. Bradley prides himself on offering a personal and pro-active approach to the stressful world of buying and selling your home. Bradley specialises in all aspects of property law, with particular experience and expertise in all aspects of residential conveyance, trusts and wills and probate. 
 
Bradley has two young children and is currently the Ambassador for the Meningitis Research Foundation Trust.


Heather joined Curwens in 2002, bringing with her over 20 years experience as a Residential Conveyancer. She has previously run her own department for two other firms in Turnpike Lane and Chingford. Outside of work Heather enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, running and horseriding.

Janice is a Licensed Conveyancer who joined Curwens in 2005, bringing with her 20 years of conveyancing experience. Based at the Royston office, she currently involved in the expansion of the conveyancing department at that office. In her own time, Janice likes to do D.I.Y. but also a liberal dose of shopping.

Mo qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has vast experience in numerous areas of law but now specialises in residential conveyancing with some light commercial conveyancing. He also has experience in family, landlord & tenant and housing law and was previously County Court duty solicitor in re-possession hearings. In his spare time he enjoys watching football, socialising and spending time with friends and family.
