If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you will be able to ask the Legal  Ombudsman (LeO) to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to LeO within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint. The Legal Ombudsman can investigate complaints up to six years from the date of the problem happening or within three years of when you found out about the problem.
