Costas Paschalis started his legal career at Curwens in 1999 where he trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2001. He has been a partner since 2006. He practices all types of non-contentious property transactions specialising in commercial property.

Christos is a former senior partner of Christos Wybrew Solicitors (which merged with Curwens) and has been admitted since 1983.
Originally a litigator but during his professional career he developed a substantial niche property client base and specialises in commercial property work.
His favourite charity is The Shooting Star Children’s Hospice.
He enjoys being outdoors pursuing his interests of DIY, racing fast cars, walking and skiing.

Elliot was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and specialises in commercial property transactions dealing with all types of freehold, leasehold and landlord and tenant issues. He has extensive experience acting for property developers in land acquisitions and plot sales and in financing property transactions. He also deals with sales and purchases of businesses.

Before qualifying as a solicitor Elliot worked for a number of years on corporate matters at a leading U.S. law firm in London and he is qualified to the New York Bar.
