- these prices and options do not include the standard court fees totaling £385 payable by you directly to the court.
- these options are only valid for divorce proceedings in England & Wales.
- if you select the first option, you will need access to a printer in order to download, print and complete these forms by hand

Your divorce pack will include:
- A step by step guide as to how to conduct your own divorce
- All the requisite forms you need including the:
- Petition
- Statement of arrangements for children
- Application for the decree nisi
- Affidavit in support of nisi application
- Application for decree absolute
In addition to the guidance notes and forms in the DIY pack we will undertake the following:
- Take your instructions so that we draft the forms for you
- Advise at the telephone concerning procedural issues
